Mission MSA is a 501(c)(3) charitable patient advocacy organization for those affected by multiple system atrophy, a rare, fatal, neurodegenerative disease. Mission MSA is devoted to improving the quality of life and to building a community where MSA care is robust, research is relentless, and hope is real.
