Not Today Cancer is on a mission to raise funds for research into more effective, less toxic treatments for childhood cancer. Started by two parents who lost their eleven-year-old son, Mason, to cancer in 2020 - this organization is helping to find a CURE, so that no more children have to die of this terrible disease.

Join us for the ASICS Los Angeles Marathon on March 7, 2027. Participants will set out on our course starting at Dodger Stadium and finishing on the Avenue of the Stars in Century City and not only accomplish a personal goal but also support The McCourt Foundation's mission to build a healthier world.
