Star of Hope is a Christ-centered community dedicated to meeting the needs of homeless men, women and their children. Positive life changes are encouraged through structured programs that focus on spiritual growth, education, career development, life management and recovery from substance abuse.

Your generous support and donations go directly to those in Houston who need it most. We have been serving the Houston community and helping change lives since 1907. Every day we reach out to and provide services for approximately 1,000 homeless and nearly homeless men, women and children in Fort Bend, Harris, Montgomery and Brazoria County.

2024 Houston Marathon Weekend of Events

The Houston Marathon is an annual marathon held every January in Houston, Texas. With thousands of runners and spectators, it is the largest single day sporting event in the city. It is run concurrently with a half marathon.
