Team M.A.D. Charities (Making A Difference) and the Jordan Porco Foundation have partnered again for the 2023 Eversource Hartford Marathon. Team M.A.D. Charities is a nonprofit whose main goal is to raise money for other charities, and this is accomplished by organizing teams to participate in marathon and half marathon races. Its mission is to support local charities in reaching their full potential while providing a safe and memorable experience for its runners. The Jordan Porco Foundation is a suicide prevention nonprofit whose mission is to prevent suicide, promote mental health and create a message of hope for young adults. The Jordan Porco Foundation provides engaging and uplifting programming emphasizing peer-to-peer messaging promoting help seeking behavior, self-care, and coping skills.
