Hi! We are a team taking on the Resilience Challenge during this difficult time to do three things: 1. Raise money for blood cancer awareness and cures. 2. Boost our own physical and mental health by pledging to each move 50 miles during September under our own power And 3. Connect with family and friends to do this, to fight the isolation of the Covid-era. We are doing all of this in honor of Rosanna “Mimi” Bernstein, who has been living in remission from leukemia for 20 years. (She was one of the lucky first patients to get Gleevec, which she started to take on a clinical trial.) And we are doing this in honor of Arthur Bernstein, who lost his battle with leukemia in 1982 and who is dearly missed. Go Team Mimi!
