Aligned with The McCourt Foundation's mission to empower community members impacted by neurological disorders, The Boston Home seeks to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals through compassionate care and state-of-the-art services including our B. Fit! day program, Outpatient Seating Clinic, and Wheelchair Enhancement Center. Serving 96 full time residents, more than 100 outpatients, and day program members annually, The Boston Home is a leader in achieving excellence in standards of care. 

Committed to addressing the health inequities that people with disabilities due to progressive and degenerative disorders face, 100% of residents use a chair for mobility, and have full access to campus grounds and beyond using adaptive technology. Our Life-Enhancing Programs seek to address the gap between basic healthcare and quality of life by providing services that empower access, independence, and health.
