The Denise D’Ascenzo Foundation is a non-profit, charitable foundation established to carry on Denise’s passionate efforts to support advances in medicine and health, those facing physical and mental challenges, and journalistic integrity, while encouraging openness, courage and kindness in all endeavors.

Denise was the longest serving news anchor at any single Connecticut television station, with Channel 3 viewers welcoming her into their homes for over 33 years. Along with her journalistic excellence, Denise is equally remembered for her genuine kindness and tireless efforts on behalf of those facing life’s challenges.
