HOPE students face serious barriers - criminal justice involvement, substance abuse histories, chronic unemployment, precarious housing arrangements, and more. HOPE works to ensure our students have the hard and soft skills to succeed in today's workplace.  

Our holistic programming has a proven track record of producing industry-leading outcomes: 77% of our graduates are able to secure employment, with nearly 93% able to reach the 90-day job retention milestone.
