Boomer challenged C-Lo to Captain a team for the 5 boro Bike Tour after gifting him an awesome set of golf clubs & golf swag last Summer.

We are excited and honored to represent Team Boomer & The Boomer Esiason Foundation for this year's bike tour on Sunday, May 4th. Our goal is to spread awareness and raise much-needed funds to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis, and to support programs that help those with CF live longer, healthier lives.
