Youth Enrichment Services (YES) inspires Boston youth through outdoor experiences and leadership opportunities that build confidence and prepare them to summit life's challenges.

For more than 55 years, YES has provided affordable, impactful outdoor and sports-based youth development programs for children and teens across Boston, with a focus on ensuring that young people who have the least access to outdoor opportunities have the chance to explore, grow, and thrive. Through year-round programs—including Operation Snowsports, Outdoor Adventure, Track & Field, and Leadership Corps—YES helps youth build confidence, resilience, leadership skills, and meaningful relationships with positive role models.
