On August 6, 2011 I lost someone dear to me in Afghanistan. This world is a little duller without him and his teammates. However their memories live on in their family and friends with the stories we tell and the things we experience in their honor. Each year I participate in a run in my friends honor. This year I’m taking it one step further and running in two races in July and raising money for the Joggin’ for Frogmen on July 28, 2018 in San Diego.
