I am honored to be running my 15th Chicago Marathon as a Charity Athlete for UPS for DownS which will be held on Sunday, October 10th.
Needless to say, 2020 and 2021 has been a unique and challenging time for all of us. Fundraising efforts for charities such as UPS for DownS have been severely impacted, as many of the in-person events continue to be cancelled or scaled back due to the state of our world.
I continue to be blessed by having the entire charity "family" in my life for all these years. Even though the race may look and feel a bit different this year, I know all of my UPS for DownS family will be CHEERING for me and all the other athletes as we wind through the neighborhoods of Chicago.
Please consider a donation to support me as I run the 2021 Chicago Marathon as a Charity Athlete for UPS for DownS, a volunteer-led organization that supports people with Down syndrome and their families. Donations of any amount will help this amazing group of people! 🙏

Your donation will help provide a brighter future for individuals with Down syndrome as 100% of the funds raised by the UPS for DownS Endurance Team will be used to support the UPS for DownS Katie MacDonald Literacy Project.
** Please enjoy a few of my favorite photos from the past 14 years! I have run for Alaina Vargas (pictured) and Jack Ford (pictured) as well as all the other wonderful families! Alaina is going to be 18 soon and I met her when she was just 4 yrs old (see pic). Jack was 15 when we first met him and he is now 29!!
