Thanks for checking out my fundraising page for the H.E.A.R.T. program. I serve on the Young Professionals Board of the H.E.A.R.T. Program and will be running to raise money on their behalf. The H.E.A.R.T. Program (Housing, Entrepreneurship And Readiness Training) was founded to create new opportunities for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) to achieve their potential. The H.E.A.R.T. Program has provided job training and placement for hundreds of adults with I/DD. H.E.A.R.T. opened its doors on February 1, 2006 and has created hundreds of job opportunities for low-income adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities (aka trainees). 

No donation is too small and anything you could contribute would help the organization a lot.
