One of the Houston PwC Partners, Richard Clark, was diagnosed about three years ago with a progressive and unstable cancer of the blood and bone marrow called Myelodysplastic Syndrome or MDS. To honor Richard's commitment to health and fitness (he is a 4x IRONMAN finisher!), PwC is uniting as a Race for Richard team and taking on Team In Training’s Team@Work: PwC Movement Challenge. I will be fundraising through the end of April, to raise funds for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s mission to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. The funds we raise together will continue LLS's breakthrough development of therapies that have already saved and continues to save thousands of lives.
