I never thought I'd be someone to run a marathon -- especially since I've always been a sprinter. But when this opportunity came up, I couldn't say no, especially because visibility and representation are so important.
I'm not going to be fast (in fact, I'll be lucky to finish before the course closes). But I'm humbled and inspired by the amazing folks that will be joining me on this journey of a lifetime.
